All other exams:

Our refund policy for 2010 is as follows: Refund requests for candidates who wish to cancel their exam application must be received by the day before the specified exam session begins.

For Example: The Spring 2010 session begins April 30. This means all refund requests for all exams must be in by April 29.

A $100 (U.S.) administrative fee is assessed on all refunds. Note: the administrative fee will be charged on any registrations resulting in a returned check or declined credit card, even in the event of a cancellation.

You may request a refund by going to SOA Web site, clicking on My Account, then View Order History or e–mail refund@soa.org. All requests must be received by the deadline date. Change–of–center fees will not be refunded.

Note: Fees cannot be transferred from one session to another.
